It was elongated. Let’s just call it a celebration of the mid calf. It was sleek and restrained in a palette of dark blues and moss greens. It feels a bit lady spy. Elegant double breasted coats and belted trenches are cut close to the body. Prints appear in the form of graphic diagonal lines and obscured zig zags on pullovers, unfinished, almost chalked on grids on suiting and abstract diamond lines on dresses. It all feels a bit like those pictures of your mother in 1980. Except that your mother never looked this good.
