J.W. Anderson: London Collections: Men Spring/Summer 2015
What a wonderful way to start today’s shows. As we entered the white space with wall to wall pale pink deep pile luxury carpet, we had an inkling of what was to come, and we were right. Super slick, luxurious, aspirational, polished and grown up, slightly louche and totally seductive. In the mans own words ‘a sleepy eroticism in the sense of ease, and a relaxed tailoring reminiscent of a dilettante at leisure’. Loved it! The pure sumptuous gorgeousness, the palette, the silhouette which was totally resolved. The feminine meets masculinity of the show, and the sensitivity of the man. So good!
