This feels rather Agatha Christie heroine to me. Well not heroine as it’s not Miss Marple, and Hercule Poirot certainly never dressed in a dress, but it still feels rather Agatha Christie. Like a character out of Evil Under the Sun, the one set in that cliff top hotel in Devon. There’s something holiday about this. Glamorous lounging under the sun, and to be honest, Serafina Sama was apparently inspired by the glamorous ladies of her family, Loulou de la Falaise and the idea of holidaying, though the destination she imagined is more Caribbean than English seaside resort. It’s pouffy. And off the shoulder. In a palette of black shot through with ‘island’ bright colours.
