Immerse yourself in their paintings, sculptures, ornaments, occasional potted plants and a stack of good books. We do love a bit of memorabilia and paraphernalia. Today, we step inside the humble home of Blumarine creative director Nicola Brognano.
What’s your most prized possession?
“A little plaster angel that my mum bought at the Christmas market in the church and gave me for Christmas. I still have it and keep it next to my bed. It has a very important emotional value for me, more than any expensive object.”
What dream item would make your home all that more special?
“One of the things I would most like to have would be some sketches by Leonardo da Vinci.”
What’s the key to keeping your humble abode a happy one?
“At home, I like being surrounded by the people I care about. I think it’s one of the things that makes me feel very happy.”
