Don’t tell us off for starting with a quote from the release again, they really can say it better than we – case in point, Henry’s latest House of Holland notes, which began by calling the girls: “seductive swashbuckling sirens.” Very us. It was called Original Pirate Material – so see this, if we’ve got the right end of the stick, as a meeting of pirates, as in “of the Caribbean” type, and pirates, as in “pirate radio” – which, in practice, meant psychedelic wavey prints, raver bumbags and splashy HoH logos, mixed in with straw pirate hats and stitch on fishes. Sounds a bit mad, but that’s just Henry, isn’t it?
