HARRODS: DESIGNER DISNEY DRESSES
Obviously I love Disney Princesses, having spent the best part of the last two and a half decades living in my own head. They’re glam, they’re rich, they have weirdly extended limbs and delicate features. Basically the dream. My favourite was Mulan, and I would wander round the house warbling (screaming) about my reflection in the same manner as her. Every time I watch Mulan I weep unconsolably when she is left on that mountain pass – how cruel! Anyway her troubles are over now as a) She goes out with a general and has the Emperor’s blessing and b) Missoni have designed her a dress. Amazing. Other gown’s include Pocahontas by Roberto Cavalli (GENIUS am frothing at the mouth) and Aurora from Sleeping Beauty by Elie Saab, which is obviously beautiful. They’ll be displayed in the windows and coincide with a Disney Princess pop up store on the fourth floor. Expect to see me there garbling about glass slippers and Princes.
