HAPPY GREEK ORTHODOX EASTER
So for those of you who aren’t Orthodox, it’s my Greek easter. I’ve been baking Flaounes (Greek baked goods stuffed with cheese mint and raisins) all day. Just finished this last batch and I’m off to get ready for us to walk around Camden by night with our candles. If you’re in that neck of the woods you’ll see the Greeks flood the streets singing and bearing a huge Ebidfion covered in flowers. Will send more Greek culture pics later.
p.s. Of course we will be spit roasting lamb on Sunday. We always celebrate everything with food. Bye Tenners.
