It’s true what they they; time flies when you’re having fun. Suddenly your it’s your 90th birthday and you start thinking that some kind of celebration might be in order, one that that will pay fitting tribute to all you’ve done so far, your oeuvre, shall we say. Faced with this very question – how does one commemorate nine decades in the world of fashion – Gucci have answered “by condensing all that is best known and loved about the brand into a few choice updated classics, of course”. A Gucci greatest hits which goes by the name of G. GUCCI Firenze 1921 and features signature bags like the New Jackie and New Bamboo, loafers, sunglasses and silk shirts. I believe 90 birthday bumps are in order.
