Givenchy Julia Roberts Fronts Ss15 Campaign

Julia Roberts is a pretty woman. Gosh, that was awful. Riccardo Tisci has cast the actress in the spring/summer campaign for Givenchy. “I decided to make her more intellectual, more serious, more pure,” Tisci told WWD. “It’s a different, fresh, new way to see Julia.” In fact, I feel so overcome by how this different, fresh, new way of seeing Julia that I’m lost for words. So I won’t use words to sing this campaign’s praises, I’ll use Beatles lyrics.

Half of what I say is meaningless
But I say it just to reach you, Julia
Julia, Julia, oceanchild, calls me
So I sing a song of love, Julia
Julia, seashell eyes, windy smile, calls me
So I sing a song of love, Julia
Her hair of floating sky is shimmering, glimmering in the sun
Julia, Julia, morning moon, touch me
So I sing a song of love, Julia
When I cannot sing my heart
I can only speak my mind, Julia
Julia, sleeping sand, silent cloud, touch me
So I sing a song of love, Julia
Hum hum hum hum, calls me
So I sing a song of love for Julia, Julia, Julia
