Excuse us, we’re currently OOO. Why you ask? We’re lounging from home, Giuseppe Zanotti style. The Italian designer has planned a staggered release of his new loungewear collection aptly titled Living Room over the month of August. The collection will include t-shirts, jumpers and tracksuits which comes at the perfect time for a luxury spruce up of your lockdown sweats collection. It was business as usual for Zanotti as he had the revelation for his new ready-to-wear capsule whilst in isolation. “During my free time in quarantine, I found myself wearing tracksuits. It got me thinking, why wouldn’t I make my own, exactly how I wanted, in exactly the materials I liked?” he said.
Pictured here on American skateboarder Evan Mock, the collection is crafted from hypoallergenic cotton and embellished with the brand’s signature motif to create high-quality yet understated apparel, manufactured locally in Italy. The lockdown-inspired range has tempted us with the t-shirts, which are available now, and the rest of the collection will drop later in the month. Keeping up with Zanotti’s renowned footwear reputation, he is also working on a pair of trainers to complete the Living Room vision which are set to hit stores later this year. Keep your eyes peeled.
