It’s no secret that we are fans of both snapping and/or chatting here at Ten Towers – anyone who finds themselves a 50 metre radius of Sophia, our Editrix-in-Chief, will have already been persuaded to download it, follow us and apply some sort of filter to their face. She’s modern, see. Gucci have also cottoned to the power of the app, which is, apparently, no longer just for sending nudes (who knew) – drafting in a roster of modern artists and cool young things to take over their Snapchat for 24 hours. Each of the eclectic bunch – Korean longboarder Hyo Joo Ko, New York-based artist Sue de Beer, Snapchat star Geeoh Snap, amongst others – will get an hour each to do pretty much whatever they want. The project #24HourAce will also celebrate the customisable Ace shoe, each person getting a pair as the starting off point. The posts began at 5am time in Tokyo and will run all the way through to New York.
