For big fashion houses like Fendi, Pre-Collections are the opportunity to take their big fashion ideas presented during fashion weeks and package them into a selection of more street-friendly, easy-to-wear pieces. And the Resort 2019 collection is no exception. An undeniably youthful Fendi DNA consisting of all-over FF prints (which in this case stands for both Fashion and Fendi), eye-catching knitwear and multicoloured furs is elevated yet again with a collection of accessories that make us drool- metallic silver cowboy boots, we’re looking at you. The bags are another instant hit – in addition to the classic Baguette and the whole Peekaboo family, for Resort 2019 Fendi is bringing you the Flip bag, a hybrid combining a clutch, a tote, and a messenger into a piece of luggage that is, much like this Fendi collection, both practical and fashionable. Obviously – our favourite version is the classic brown FF logo one. And when it comes to choosing favourites in the clothing department, everyone here at Ten Towers has got their eyes on something else. While Joel is on board with the blood orange & turquoise all-over logo twinset, Garth is loving the breeziness of the silky white bias-cut ruffle dress. Phoebe is already planning her post-pregnancy style with the studded black velvet gown in mind, and Richard has fallen in love with the double-stitched denim & chunky “nurse” sandal look.
