Surprise! Who doesn’t love a morning surprise? Following the success of their Fun project at Harrods last year, Fendi has announced another pop up space this year. Fabulous news for all of those (like me) who didn’t make it last time. Traces of Palazzo della Civilta Italiana will be open from August 6th until August 30th and will transport visitors to Rome – specifically the new Fendi headquarters. However, don’t be fooled. The headquarters are not being built inside Harrods and instead, the space will mirror the building in miniature. Sometimes, good things do come in small packages.
And that’s not even the best part. Everyone who visits will have the opportunity to take part in a special digital competition to design a 3Baguette bag. And that’s still not the best part. The winner of the competition, which will be judged by none other than Silvia Venturini Fendi herself, will win a 3Baguette bag themselves specially made by her for the pop up. And if that wasn’t enough there will be exclusive items for sale including a new addition to the Bug Bag family called ‘Furrods’.
