You have asked for my top ten wish list for this Christmas season… Is it only a season long?
Why can’t Christmas be more than once a year?
I especially love giving, but have fun receiving as well!
Here is the Christmas wish list of my dreams …
1. French lessons or a sexy French man that will encourage me to only speak in French (of course no one will tell my darling husband I said that, will they?)
2. A piece of art created by my two sons, Harry, 10 and Charlie, 8.
3. A surfboard created by artist, Kim McDonald, along with five surfing lessons from surf legend Buzzy Kerbox in Maui… (Oh heck, make it 50, he is so damn cute!)
4. A love letter from my handsome hubby. Not talking nothing long… It could literally be a postcard saying ‘I love you, and I mean it!’ (But only if he meant it!)
5. Two weeks at Chenot Spa (without my Blackberry, Macbook or Nokia phone) with all extra treatments paid for, including whatever they do to make those beautiful people look even more beautiful. If not, a super high pair of Charlotte Olympia’s or Gianvito Rossi shoes to lift my bum off the ground.
6. Of course, this next one will have to be a New Year’s present because I need a month of starvation to look sleek in one of these ultra chic life long keepers… A Tom Ford suit or Tom’s beautiful long white dress!
7. The most rocking single earring designed by Eliane Fattal for S J Phillips that Gwyneth Paltrow wore on the red carpet at the Country Music Awards in Nashville this November… I am still drooling! (Actually that one earring might take over all the other numbers… 1-8… I still want the art and the love letter!)
8. A VBH bag, preferably the oval compact in crocodile… Or any other that gorgeous Bruce Hoeksema has designed recently… So timeless, yet so modern.
9. A big beautiful living indoor palm tree… You can take the girl out of Maui, but not the Maui out of the girl!
10. A new Apple computer with 200 hours of private lessons, so I can become as savvy as all those cool chicks and dudes I get to work with every day! No, make that 2,000 hours… Even then I will never be as cool as they are!
If any or none of these things are available I of course want all the things that really matter in life… Like a donation to The Robin Hood Foundation or to the Special Yoga Centre or to Mothers 4 Children… OR one billion tax free pounds in unmarked bills in a large vintage Vuitton trunk delivered to my door, so I can play Santa to everyone and every charity I believe in!!!
