So as I sat it Dsquared gearing myself up for the girl to come stomping
out on the catwalk to thumping music in a skyscraper heel and barely there
ensembles, imagine my surprise when instead, a sea of tom boys in flat, yes
flat brogues no less, came down the catwalk. The boyishness was a brilliant
twist and a brilliant way for the boys to show that they are capable of much
more. My favourite was the man’s tux sized down for a girl but only just,
taking the boyfriend clothes borrowing to a whole new level! Will definitely
be going home and pilfering a few cashmere v’s. And hacking up my
husbandly’s tux – wonderful.
