Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? Were Queen at a Dries Van Noten show when they wrote that? My guess is yes. The latest mixed the psychedelic fantasies of sixties artist Wes Wilson with traditional military braidings, a glorious mish-mash of colour, pattern, decoration and shape staged on… well, the stage, at Paris’ Opera Garnier. Queen weren’t there: but Dries Van Noten is a king of Paris fashion.
