Forget Blending In – Dior’s New Camouflage Print Collection Will Make Sure You Stand Out

We know camouflage is designed to help you blend in, stay hidden and become practically invisible. But dressing in Dior’s Cruise camouflage, you are destined to be seen. An integral ingredient to Maria Grazia Chiuri’s latest Cruise collection, which debuted last April in Marrakech, Dior’s camo offers a contemporary feminine twist to a pattern which is typically left to rot in military wholesalers.

Available in inky-blue and khaki or fil coupé camo jacquards, Dior’s campo douses some of the house’s most legendary bag silhouettes – from the Saddle and Diorcamp messenger, right through to the Mini Dior Tote Back that you’re bound to see every influencer sporting over the next couple of weeks. Already got enough Dior bags in your wardrobe? The camo covers anoraks and jacquard taffeta jackets, as well Nomad-D boots and reversible bob hats; courtesy of Mr Stephen Jones of course. The cracking camo fashions can be seen worn by former 10 and 10+ cover girls, Ruth Bell and Adesuwa Aighewi, who both look poised and elegant as they scavenge across dessert terrain in the collection’s campaign video. You never know, sporting your own slice of Dior camo might even ignite your inner explorer. But before you get your G.I. Jane on, we don’t advise getting down and dirty in the mud – it is Dior you’re wearing after all.

The Dior Cruise 2020 collection is available online and in select stores.
