We like to window shop at Ten Towers…and we’re also fond of an exhibition or two when the moment takes us. Combine the 2 and bobs your uncle…we’re as happy as kids in a candy store. Our candy of choice is jewels…pearls especially, so we all got a bit dewy under the pits (it’s not just the muggy weather) when this bit of Comme news popped through. Dover street market has just announced a mini exhibition of CDG pearls in the form of a new window display. Rei Kawakubo’s couture collection of jewels was first unveiled in 2006, and this is the first time all of the pieces in this ever growing collection have been displayed together. Plenty to drool over on our lunch breaks. Thanks Dover Street!
