As if temperatures weren’t already sizzling, we’ve got some seriously hot new collabs to add to your shopping basket. From fresh takes on a cult handbag to limited-edition Crocs, these three bold collections are for those looking to level-up their wardrobe this summer.
PALACE X RAPHA
Following the success of an initial collaboration for the 2020 Giro d’Italia, cycling lifestyle brand Rapha and Palace have resumed their creative affiliation. This is a collection that celebrates the return of the Tour de Frances Femmes – the first time since the 1980s that cycling’s biggest stage will play host to female riders. If their first collection laid the foundations for the merging of streetwear and cycling, this second drop is where the crossover truly hits its stride. Alongside exclusive jerseys, favourites from the range feature a genderless ‘off-bike’ selection of accessories and casual wear. Including multi-coloured Crocs with matching Rapha and Palace jibbits, a zesty green hoodie and various technical shirts, skirts, and trousers.

DUA LIPA X PUMA
With house music declared ‘back’ on the agenda thanks to the likes of Beyoncé, Puma and Dua Lipa’s second collaborative output is also here to sponsor our fast-return to the dancefloor. Entitled Flutur, the unisex collection features over 30 pieces of nostalgia-inducing sportswear and variations of classic footwear silhouettes, including the Mayze and the Cell Dome King. In a move sure to thrill every Y2K fanatic, the butterfly remains a frequent motif throughout the collection as the star references its importance, “the butterfly represents transition, metamorphosis, and new beginnings,” Lipa says. The vibe is old-school rave in bold shades of orange, pink, and purple, mixed with striped jerseys and retro tracksuit silhouettes. Looks like P.E. class just reached a whole new level of hardcore.

OPENING CEREMONY X LUAR
Celebrate 20 years of Opening Ceremony via its collaboration with Luar. Together the New York-based fashion favourites are launching two limited-edition colourways of Luar’s buzzy Ana Mini bag – one in tobacco pony hair-effect leather, the other in a snakeskin-embossed vegan leather. In case you’d forgotten, this is the very same bag that set tongue’s wagging all over the internet last year following appearances on the arms of Dua Lipa and Troye Sivan. Nicknamed the ‘Crown Height’s Kelly’, the bag is propelling Luar to become one of the Big Apple’s most exciting labels. The exclusive drop also includes a sweatshirt featuring the artwork of Dominican-American artist Bony Ramirez, mirroring the heritage and influences of Luar’s creative director, Raul Lopez (formally of Hood By Air).
Ahead of the release, Opening Ceremony’s co-founders and creative directors, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim, expressed their enthusiasm for collaborating with Lopez: “We have such a deep pride and respect for what Raul has built with Luar, and we love how everything he creates deeply reflects the unmatched energy of New York.”
