CHIME FOR CHANGE: FOUNDED BY GUCCI- THE SOUND OF CHANGE LIVE
Who caught the sound of change live on Saturday eve? We didn’t make it down to Twickenham but were glued to our screens- chiming cocktails (what else) and enjoying the all round sisterhood vibes. Even our van der Welle- not so keen on R n’ b warblers has had to profess her enjoyment of proceedings. Much as we’re used to these kind of extravaganzas- especially where co-signed by designer labels, the whole do was actually in aid of far more than our entertainment. Who could fail to notice that message emblazoned above the crowd- ‘none of us can move forward if half of us are being held back’? A hair flinging Beyonce pumping and strutting at near warp speed just beneath. An ah-mazing way to raise awareness and funds for women’s empowerment.
