The Latest Chaos Collection is All About The Need For Speed

It’s been exactly 52 years since The Doors recorded the song Light My Fire. Jim Morrison sultrily swayed to the psychedelic harmonies, asking his baby to light him up. Girls and boys across the world swooned, with lighters in their hands – ready to do anything Morrison asked them to. Wherever he walked, chaos ensued. And Chaos still ensues. The celebrity favourite when it comes to fashion trinkets has just launched a collection called Light My Fire. Chaos, founded by Charlotte Stockdale and Kate Lyall, has been an inexhaustible well of cute phone accessories, key rings and other (very) small leather goods whose main purposes are making your life more fabulous and keeping you handsfree. For the coming season, the Chaos girls were inspired by car racing iconography. Fire suit patches, Daytona fonts and literal blaze symbols all found their way onto cases, lanyards and bag charms. It’s the third part of the collection that has just dropped, with the rest is coming before the end of August. All just in time for Fashion Week season – Kate and Charlotte know who their customer is (and what their followers like). Comes September, and we’ll be playing “Spot the Chaos.” Please join us, the rules are simple: drink each time you spot a Chaos accessory in one of the street style snaps. Just remember, no car racing allowed.
