Pharrell, Tilda Swinton and More Are Guests on Chanel’s New Podcast Series

What do Pharrell, Keira Knightley, Tilda Swinton and Edward Enninful all have in common? They’re all guests on Chanel’s swanky new podcast series. It’s called Chanel Connects and was set up by the house to unite figureheads from various creative fields to discuss the future of culture.

The series aims to navigate this obscure moment in time we currently live in, reflecting on last year’s challenges whilst looking on what the arts could bring in 2021. Split into pairs, with each creative taking part remotely, you can now listen to conversations between Enninful and Swinton, Knightly and filmmaker Lulu Wang and Pharrell Williams with the designer Es Devlin, amongst others.

“While galleries, stages and studios have been dark, artists have not stopped creating and imagining new ways forward,” says Yana Peel, global head of arts and culture at Chanel. “As well as fascinating insight into the minds of today’s most innovative creators, [the podcast] is a prescient reminder to continue supporting the arts, championing what’s next and celebrating work that has the power to transform lives and wider society.”

You can listen to the first seven episodes of ‘Chanel Connects’ on Spotify, Apple and chanel.com.
