If a jobs worth doing it’s worth doing well and Phoebe does this so exceptionally. The queen of understated elegance with her precise proportions and deft cutting took my breath away with this collection. The attention to subtle detail was exquisite in it’s conception and it’s execution. The fabrics and colour palette were soft and felt luxurious the edge was given by the new folded bags as the arm passed through to clutch the other side. The spray on leather boots avoided the fetish and were modern and so wantable. This was pure perfection for me, the heavy felted pieces too were graphic and pure in retaining the silhouette. Then came the woven laundry bag print done so cleverly I adored the texture and the scale of the check. What more can I say I am sure you can glean from this I was a total fan of the collection was an exercise how everyone should do it, measured exquisite perfection.
