How fab to be ‘one of Cartiers most loyal customers’. Notorious lover of Jewels- how else could Elizabeth Taylor be portrayed in this evenings biopic starring Helena Bonham Carter than smothered in the stuff? Aiming for accuracy the Beeb enlisted the King of jewellers themselves to assist. The most famous example that Taylor owned is of course the love bracelet- in pink gold with four inset diamonds, although we’re also loving the pieces sported in these candid home movie stills.
