Indulge In Cartier’s ‘Le Voyage Recommencé’ High Jewellery Collection

Cartier has just revealed its latest high jewellery collection: Le Voyage Recommencé. An impressive selection of necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings, the release showcases an updated interpretation of the luxury French brand’s signature style.

Consisting of 80 never-seen-before pieces, this impressive ensemble has a distinct architectural air, exploring abstract construction and alternative chromatic relationships. The new pieces range from the exquisite Sama necklace, which boasts a 19.27-carat Ceylon sapphire punctuated by diamond arabesques, to the Panthère Givrée necklace, an opulent masterpiece featuring a spotted panther made of onyx and emerald. The collection also features the Ondule Ring, Claustra Necklace, and Girih Necklace, each adorned with an assortment of gemstones such as diamonds, aquamarines and emeralds. Lastly, the collection includes two stackable sets – the Unda and Voltea – each coming with a matching necklace, earrings and ring (and bracelet in the Unda set for good measure).

Launched in the garden of the Palazzo Corsini in Florence, Italy, a range of distinguished attendees such as Cartier’s CEO Cyrille Vigneron and actresses Elle Fanning and Vanessa Kirby had the chance to marvel at the maison’s new offering, followed by a performance from musical artist and Cartier ambassador, Labrinth. The unveiling has since continued at the Villa Reale di Marlia, where a selection of high jewelry pieces are being displayed in a space staged by renowned architect and decorator Patricia Urquiola.

Speaking on the release, Jacqueline Karachi, the director of high jewellery creation at Cartier, noted that “This collection is a great opportunity to delve into the essential themes of the Cartier style. To explore them in greater depth, take a fresh look at them, nurtured by the spirit of time… A journey back to the heart of Cartier creation, an uninterrupted story being told over time”.

An irrefutable triumph, Le Voyage Recommencé is a true testament of Cartier’s immeasurable craftsmanship that has been upstanding since its founding in 1847.
