Will and I had an adventure once. We called it Will and Ted’s excellent adventure. It was an adventure to Canali’s press day. Not being your run-of-the-mill fashion coordinator and junior fashion writer/digital coordinator, we tried on the clothes at this press day. We tried on lovely velvet jackets. Not only this, we sat at a desk and pretended to have a meeting. The sort business men have. And we felt like business men, very suave ones, in those lovely velvet jackets. Very suave business men is what the Canali man looks like this season. Though his wardrobe is classic, it has a kooky twist or two. A bold colour or graphic stripe. The collection possessed an off-kilter elegance. And one that we liked very much.
