This season, the Brunello Cucinelli customer went on a bit of an expedition. Inspired by the idea of a female explorer, the beloved Italian designer – whose effortless understanding of elevating the everyday is second to none – crafted his own uniforms for the modern-day adventurer.
Bohemian in spirit, Cucinelli channelled his finest fabrics into mannish slacks, casual suiting and safari-appropriate headwear. Amongst the brand’s signature neutral hues, the design team developed a new metallic pattern which glistens along this season’s offering like painterly brushstrokes. Dusty lavenders and rose pinks also make delightful new additions to the Cucinelli arsenal.
With Cucinelli, the attention is always down to the finest details, and this collection doesn’t differ. This season, the brand proposes Couture Knitwear, delving into new handwork which utilises lace and netting to divine effect, and also favours fluid fabrics to soften broad tailoring. Despite their luxurious constructions, though, these pieces could dress you on all your journeys.
