In news released just moments ago, Hedi Slimane has been announced as Phoebe Philo’s successor at Céline. With Phoebe’s last collection for the brand, AW18, to show in Paris in March, Hedi will then take the Céline reins as Artistic, Creative and Image Director. And as if that wasn’t exciting enough, Hedi is tasked with leading the brand into Menswear, Couture and Fragrance. MENSWEAR! COUTURE! FRAGRANCE! Because, of course, what’s better than Céline? Even more Céline, that’s what! And finally Céline for the boys! Now excuse us while we go and have a lie down- it’s all too overwhelmingly exciting for a Sunday morning.
