Our two favourite pursuits. Good news for a Monday morning. And, well, any morning. Pour over the pictures above in their infinite Britishness – just look at that fancy English breakfast, those oh-so-yellow yolks, those perfectly formed soldiers. It’s so British that we are told there is “selection of freshly baked goods from the Aga including hot buttered crumpets”. Would you expect anything less? The Aga makes everything taste better, darling. To accommodate this new breakfast-based addition to the menu, Thomas’s will now open at the time of 7am on weekdays. Perfect for a pre-work stop off. How better to breakfast like a king?
