All Dressed Up In Berluti AW22

Fittingly formal is an apt way to describe Berluti’s change in direction. As the brand celebrates a decade since the launch of its ready-to-wear line, Berluti now produces collections without a creative director leading charge. Instead, the power is in the hands of the experienced atelier, who are evolving the brand’s classic suiting and buttery smooth leathers to dress a new generation of shoppers.

AW22 sees the brand pair slender tailoring with quilted puffers and camo jackets, alongside lightweight leather numbers. There’s a strong varsity presence throughout, like cord jackets with leather sleeves and hoodies stamped with ‘1985’ – the year Berluti was founded.

It’s a terrific switch in pace for the brand, which is letting refined craft and elevated wardrobe staples form its vocabulary once more. Berluti is looking back to the past to carve out the now.
