So, where do those lovely Gucci lads and lasses find themselves this time? In an avery. Slash greenhouse. With flamingos. Tres bohémien! A bit kind of Grey Gardens in its hey day, before all the fleas and racoons and the leaking sewage and all that. We are thinking of such words as glamourous, eclectic, flamboyant. Which is convenient, actually, because both avid 10 readers or those with a passing interest in ornithology will already know that a flock of flamingos in in fact called a flamboyance. Rather nice, non? Much like this campaign. Very nice. According to il Signor Press Release, “the images portray an energetic, emotional, surreal riot of colours, textures and movement, recalling the spirit of many of the House’s new flora and fauna-based prints.” We are currently resisting the urge to go down Kew Gardens, release a few pink birds en route and prance around one of the glasshouses in something made of lame. Well, it’s only a few hours until the end of the day, I guess.
