A Celebration Of Electronic Music At Stone Island Presents Manchester

These images serve as a nice reminder of our Friday night in Manchester last week, because we were far too inebriated to actually remember anything. Just kidding! We don’t drink (har). Reason we had strayed northwards – Stone Island Presents, the cult-y sportswear brand continuing their tour of Britain through a series of yearly curated music events. This time, it was the turn of Manchester, who turned out in force for the free (!) event, enjoying the sounds of DJs Omar S, Joy Orbison and Kirk Degiorgio, in the mammoth Old Granada Studios, which had been transformed for one-night only into a Stone Islanders paradise, featuring floor to ceiling visuals of their (very nice) wares. Co-curated by Manchester’s legendary nightlife series The Warehouse Project, the sets were live-streamed on NTS and clubbers could take home a souvenir in the form of a special edish t-shirt, with all proceeds going to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund. It was all very good. Go to the next one.
