Please note 1-2 week delivery time on current orders.

Returns must be made in the original packaging and must be unpacked and immaculate for re-sale.

If you have any problems with merchandise on arrival please notify 10 Magazine via email at georgia.edwards@10magazine.com. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the order after this time the merchandise will be automatically accepted by you as being correct and not faulty. All returns will be credited back to the same method of payment used in the original transaction.

Please note any shipping and handling fees that were paid during your order are NON refundable.
