Loquet Marks 10th Anniversary With New London Store

Luxury British jewellery brand, Loquet, has just celebrated its 10th anniversary in the best way – opening its brand-spanking-new flagship store in the heart of Belgravia. Founded by British-born jeweller Sheherazade Goldsmith, the label specialises in reimagining charm bracelets and Victorian lockets, infusing a contemporary flare. Known for its seamless ability to fuse the precious with the personal, the brand is committed to producing pieces of the highest quality. Peppering its offering with VS clear G-coloured diamonds, Loquet ensures customers come away feeling elegant and dripping in glamour. Opulent and distinctly conscious, the brand crafts its jewellery in a Responsible Jewelry Council-certified atelier and is dedicated to responsibly sourcing its materials.

The new London-based mothership comes as part of a wider rebrand, which also extended across design, website, imagery and packaging. The overhaul was intended to refocus the brand’s output on its five core values: craftsmanship, individuality, ingenuity, authentic intimacy and a joy for life. Each one of these facets is present in the design of the new store. The brainchild of Goldsmith and architect Richard Moore, the space is peppered with luxe panelling, heavyweight onyx countertops and art courtesy of Damien Hirst

Intended to mirror the delicious whimsy of selecting sweets from a pick and mix, the design elements find their source in Goldsmith’s joyous memories of sweetshops in her youth. For shoppers with tired feet, a plush couch is nestled into the side, perfect for perching in between perusals. It’s also decked out in candy-like tones and installations from glassware brand Helle Mardahl and furniture aficionados MolteniFancy popping in?
