Valentino presents the second VLogo Signature art book
Can you handle the heat? For the second time, Valentino has invited a series of independent magazines to reinterpret the brand’s V Logo by creating their very own Valentino ‘ads’. For 10 Magazine’s interpretation, we wanted to create images that seemed both familiar and strange. The artist David Lock created a scene where the V Logo pieces were on fire but not burning. Despite the heat and flames, they remain pristine and perfect. It’s as if the objects themselves have special powers. The project is directed by Pierpaolo Piccioli and each ‘ad’ appears in the VLogo Signature Vol.II book, available here. Paul Toner
