It’s been a strange year for fashion, to say the least. The dashing men we’re used to seeing at shows, press appointments and late-night fashion-week parties have been confined to their humble abodes. So, for the inaugural Inside 10, we stepped into the homes of some of the industry’s most adored gentlemen – on a quest to discover how they really live. Expect lavish art, fancy sofas and, of course, handsome looks pulled from the SS21 collections. Up next is editor, writer and the ultimate fashion chat-show host, Ben Cobb, who wears Gucci.
What’s your most prized possession in your home?
“Thinking about this question, I realise it’s got nothing to do with any of the art and furniture I own and love. When it comes down to it, childhood photographs with family and some early illustrations by my father are the most special things I possess. They’re irreplaceable and priceless.”
What dream item would make your home all that more special?
“An extra room for my wardrobe. It’s a lovely home, filled with beautiful objects and memories, but the simple truth is I’ve run out of space for my clothes. Spending more time at home during the past year has only confirmed what I’ve known for a while – we need a bigger place.”
What’s the key to keeping your humble abode a happy one?
“My wife, Anna-Marie. And a well-stocked bar.”
