Everything’s coming up daisies. Alessandro Dell’Acqua used the feel-good spring time flower head to toe throughout his upbeat collection. Who knew there were so many different ways to wear it. There were daisy print coats, utility shirts, voluminous dresses and swishy chiffon numbers. No21 can be relied upon to serve trends. For SS20, no fashionable wardrobe will be complete without a pair of bermudas.
For day they came in papery leather and for evening Dell’Acqua proposed party Bermudas in black satin, worn with an oversized sweatshirt with a ribbon of crystals embroidered on the sleeve. Practicality lay at the heart of the collection, from the multi-pocket safari looks to coats and jackets with slit sleeves. They could be worn as capes or more formally. Dell’Acqua is all about stylish modern options. It’s what’s kept his business thriving for over 20 years.
