World Cup who? We’re all about Wimbledon here at Ten Towers today as we have just been served up the news that Palace is once again collaborating with Adidas, this time on a tennis collection, just in time for Wimbledon which will commence on July 2nd. A skater meets an athlete. A sporty modern day love story with good style. Right up our alley. Shot by Alasdair McLellan, Palace skaters Bondey McCoy, Lucien Clarke and Rory Milanes verse Adidas tennis athletes Sascha Zverev and Garbine Muguruza. It’s an all-white situation of collared polo shirts branded with the adidas x Palace logo (a hypebeast’s dream) as well as great accessories in headbands with matching wristbands, caps and a whole lot of OTT solid gold chains and rings. Championship rings, as we’re calling them. The girls are working the straight tennis skirts, tank tops and high pony tails. All about the lewk. But this is not just good looks, no no, this is high tech fashion. Sportswear, not streetwear. Tested by some of the best tennis players in the world, it’s all engineered for high performance with terry white tracksuits complete with removable sleeves. and it wouldn’t be a tennis collection without tennis balls and an umbrella. Potentially the perfect Wimbledon themed party setup. Or for those actually playing tennis. Serve it, smash it, win it.
