Our Haute Couture adventures begin with Proenza Schouler. Bit of a lie – we only just arrived in Paris mere moments ago so didn’t actually make it. Which is a shame. We love the Proenza boys. And their clothes. Therefore, in lieu of more extensive review, I will instead share the thoughts of one Garth Spencer, who is currently streaming the show on his phone. Thoughts? “Soft, girly, pastel-y, lavendar, lots of lace, pressed flowers.” He thought the proportions of the tailoring were nice, “super tight and long.” He also enjoyed the selection of Proenza ladies, including a few models of yore. Conclusion? “It’s nice to have an American girl in Paris.”
