We would describe Palmer//Harding’s SS17 show yesterday, if it were not the catchphrase of a major American cosmetics brand, as easy, breezy, beautiful. Palmer//Harding have always been good at a nice shirt, their speciality, if you will – and they were here, roomy, in white or striped – but thankfully, this was not shirts alone. That could have been a bit awkward. Nope, there were trousers and skirts to – basically a ready-made collection for summer – a touch of safari, big, airy silhouettes. Which made us thoroughly depressed that it is not, actually, in fact, summer anymore. Shame.
