Who remembers the TV show Charmed? The 90s/00s one about 3 (well 4 if you count Rose McGowan coming in and replacing Shannen Doherty in 2001) sister witches who wear kick-ass outfits, and generally – kick ass. I don’t know if this was what was on Prada’s mind in the lead up to this campaign, but maybe it was. However, instead of 3 (slash 4) fab ladies, Prada have enlisted 5 timeless and natural beauties. I can’t help thinking that Vanessa, Vittoria, Lorena, Sasha and Fei Fei all look like serene goddesses decked out in the latest garms from the Italian brand in front of a pastel-y, cloudy backdrop. Like the Halliwell sisters from Charmed, the Prada Charmed girls each have a special ability (or rather handbag for the latter). Whether it is the Galleria, Giardiniera or Double each of the bags has it’s own special qualities and even comes with a detachable shoulder strap which are embellished with Swarovski crystal flowers. Now comes the difficult decision, would I rather be able to stop time, see the future and be able to move things with my mind, or go home with the Prada bags? Well, Pra-duh.
