You will need one martini glass, filled with olives and one bottle of, in Parker’s case, Belvedere vodka, but any vodka will do, as long as it’s Polish. Personally we’re partial to Wyborowa. So, to make your perfect martini, pop one olive in mouth, down with swig of vodka straight from the bottle. Repeat till you have consumed all the olives and finished the vodka. You might need to swigs of the good stuff to one olive.
