L.V are fairly familiar with the concept of Art collaborations, so this latest Grayson Perry display in their Bond Street Maison’s exhibition space comes as no surprise. This all coincides with the Turner prize winners current show at The British Museum entitled ‘The Tomb of the Unknown Craftsman’, as supported by AlixPartners with Louis Vuitton. We’re just DESPERATE to nip round the corner and peruse this ground breaking collection, which comprises of pieces by Grayson as well as items from the Museum’s enormous historical archive. Until this wonderful day comes we’ll be repeatedly whetting our appetites with this little display (its close enough for lunch break visits). Also on display are garments during in the infamous Central Saint Martins project in which students design dresses for Grayson’s alter ego Claire. Loving the opportunity to dip our toes into Grayson’s imaginary world before fully submerging ourselves at The British Museum, the moment these mags have gone to press! Go…see…experience..buy some Louis while your at it!
