DOLCE & GABBANA: BACKSTAGE GIRLS MILAN FASHION WEEK S/S 14
We’re titling Dolce’s latest collection Dolce & Gabbana in the land before time. Okay- it wasn’t that far back exactly, but images of stone monuments on garments which alluded to Sicily’s relationship to ancient Greece (Sophia will certainly approve) have made us come over all dramatic. An appropriate reaction as despite not being geographically correct, with Stefano and Domenico’s ladies lavished with garlands and mock antiquities we couldn’t help but think of Liz Taylor in the role of Cleopatra. Guess its the costumey oomph that everything had? Obviously we loved it!
