Van de Graaf generator hair is what we call this do. Whether the team at 3.1 Phillip Lim achieved the look via means of a real Van de Graaf generator or simply by rubbing balloons on the models heads, we do not know. What we do know, is that the hair served as the perfect accompaniment to the collection of rob-tied tops and tunics, organza trousers and cocktail dresses, short skirts and culottes. Bravo.
