Vivienne Westwood’s explanation of today’s show was children through the ages. Make-up applied in a child like fashion with huge ruddy cheeks, smudgy red lips and eyes enforced the idea of it all being a little child’s play. The outfits too were referenced from the 18th century, with hints of costume deformed and manipulated as only Westwood can. Adore her conviction and focus to evolve the brand inside its own references.
