Today Riccardo Tisci presented a clear picture of who his girl is, a girl he has presented to us from the beginning, ten years ago. There were elements that were slightly turn-of-the-century gothic with touches of bondage. Strict-tailored, bound and restrained lacing on shirt fronts and jackets reinforced this theme. These girls are ready for battle, but there were still there were feminine elements in the tule shirting and transparent layers beneath corseted jackets that softened her. It had clarity and really reminded anyone who had any doubt what an amazing amount he has achieved at this house.
