When I was 12 I had protruding front teeth, a centre parting and low self-esteem. Right now Romeo Beckham is 12 and is star of Burberry’s festive campaign, which launched last night, playing a role specially created for him by Christopher Bailey. Life’s a bitch. Romeo plays “a boy delivering the gift of love to a young couple, who take him on a journey of romance and festive enchantment through the streets of London.” 500 guests attended the launch at the brand’s Regent Street store, including the star of the show’s ma and pa, Posh and Becks. A full-blown Brit-tastic Burb-fest.
