The similarities between these two ladies are purely outward, it seems. Disgruntled, the insane grunge queen complained on Twitter that a certain Gossip Girl star was stealing her style: “Why does Gossip Whatsit deeply disturb me?” And then, directly at the Gossip Girl: “I don’t watch TV or read teen mags and gossip rags so I wouldn’t know [you]. Do not still ‘like my music’ please”.
