What do you look for in an assistant? Well if you’re a high-ranking fashion photographer your demands can be rather specific. Ideally you would like a male candidate aged 25-30, but you’re also open to females who can relocate tout de suite to New York. It’s best if they’re single, with no attachments or other commitments, and they must be both personally and professionally flexible.
